Men of the Force Criminal Investigation Department (FCID), Enugu have arrested and detained Mr Raphael Obidimma aka Odumodu, who was alleged to have abducted two boys and kept them in his house in Aguleri.
He was arrested Saturday, 8th June 2024 in his country home at Ugwu Ndi Uka, Aguleri Anambra State.
According to reports made available to our reporter in Enugu, Obidimma was earlier invited by the police on March 27th, 2024, after two kids were recovered from his residence at Ugwu Ndi Uka, Aguleri Anambra State. According to reports, the kids were not his and were abducted by Obidimma against their will.
He was then invited by the Zone 13 Police Department, Ukpo Anambra State for interrogation, but later released.
He had also been previously invited by the FCID to answer to questions pertaining to why he had the two kids in his house who were reportedly abducted. Obidimma, it was alleged, refused to honour police invitations severally.
Reports available to our reporter also has it that he has been evading the police for a long time now, but was finally arrested June 8, 2024 in Aguleri.
He is currently in detention.
