Professor Ibrahim Adumu Yakassi served as the Returning Officer for Tudun Wadah in Kano State. He is a lecturer and Professor of Pharmacy at Bayero University Kano, BUK.
Ibrahim Yakasai in a letter addressed to the INEC Chairman denounced the results he declared.
According to him, he was made to announce the sham and rigged election result under duress as his life was physically put in danger.
He stressed that the results announced by most Resident Electoral Officers and State Returning Officers are fake and largely untrue.
Prof Adamu stressed that he is ready to put his life on the line by standing up for the truth.
