A third pipeline explosion has occurred in Bayelsa State, while the president, Bola Ahmed Tinubu declared a state of emergency in Rivers State.
The explosion occurred in Gbarain Kingdom, Bayelsa State just as President Tinubu was addressing the nation declaring a state of emergency in Rivers State.
The president had suspended Governor Sim Fubara and the State House of Assembly, following the crises happening in the state, which was followed by two pipeline explosions in the state.
The latest, which has just occurred outside Rivers State has taken the crises out of Fubara’s jurisdiction.
